Questions buyers ask.

Is there a minimum order?

Production orders start at 25 pieces. Sample kits and one-off replacement tags are available. Ask.

How fast can you turn an order?

Standard turnaround is 10–15 business days after proof approval. Rush service is available for shutdowns and closeouts.

Can you match our existing tag schedule or format?

Yes. Send a photo of a current tag and your schedule, and we'll match size, layout and abbreviations so new tags blend with existing ones.

What materials and thicknesses do you offer?

304 and 316 stainless and aluminum in common gauges, including .030″ and .048″. Other metals and engraved acrylic on request.

Can every tag have a unique number or QR code?

Yes. Sequential numbers, list-driven serials, QR, Data Matrix and Code 128 barcodes are marked directly into the metal from your spreadsheet.

Do you ship outside Nevada?

Yes. We ship nationwide. Local Reno, Sparks and TRIC customers can also pick up.

Can you invoice our company and accept POs?

Yes. Orders are invoiced by Legacy Lasers Co. We accept purchase orders and ACH, and can provide a W-9.
